Step-by-Step Registration Process
Create Your Account
Click “Start Registration”.
Enter a valid email address and mobile number — you will receive OTP (One Time Password) for verification.
Create a secure password for your PTU portal login.
Verify your mobile number and email to activate your account.
Fill Registration & Programme Details
Log in with your credentials.
Provide your personal details: full name, father/mother/guardian name, date of birth, gender, nationality, category (General, SC, ST, OBC, EWS), correspondence address and permanent address.
Enter academic details: qualifying examination (10+2 / Bachelor’s / Master’s as applicable), year of passing or appearing, number of attempts, secured marks/percentage, board/university name.
Select programme(s) you wish to apply for (UG/PG/PhD) and campus preferences (if applicable).
Upload required documents (see checklist below).
Upload Documents
Ensure you have high-quality scanned images or PDFs of:
Passport-size photograph (JPG/PNG, as per prescribed size)
Signature (JPG/PNG)
Mark sheets of qualifying exam (PDF)
Degree / Provisional Certificate (if applicable)
Category/Reservation certificate (if applicable)
Valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving Licence)
Any other documents as specified in the programme brochure
Pay Application/Registration Fee
Once your form is complete, proceed to online payment.
Mode of payment: Debit/Credit Card, Net-Banking, UPI.
After successful payment you will receive a payment receipt and an application number via email and SMS.
Submit & Track Your Application
Review your form for accuracy. Once submitted you may not be able to change critical details.
Use your application number + password to log in and track your status (e.g., verification, seat allotment, etc.).
Upload further documents if requested by PTU or participating institute.

Recent passport-size coloured photograph (JPEG/PNG)
Signature image (JPEG/PNG)
10+2 / qualifying exam mark sheet (PDF)
Graduation degree / provisional certificate (PDF)
Category / reservation certificate (if applicable)
Valid ID proof (Aadhaar/Passport/Driving Licence)
Any other program-specific documents (refer to the brochure)
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must satisfy the minimum educational qualifications defined for each programme (UG: 10+2; PG: Bachelor’s degree; PhD: Master’s degree) as per PTU norms.
Eligible candidates may apply subject to fulfilling additional criteria (e.g., minimum % marks, subject requirements) as given in the official notification.
